To cancel your trip, you must send us an email. The person who requested the trip must be the one to contact us. Please note that depending on your trip's cancellation terms, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all.
Each booked trip is subject to the cancellation terms of the respective travel agency, which you can view at any time in your Travel Afrique account. The amount that can be refunded at the time of your refund request depends on the cancellation terms.

If you encounter any problems during your trip, please contact your local agency using the contact details you received before your trip. Your local representative will be there for you from the moment you land at your destination and will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and resolve any issues. If you encounter difficulties that you cannot resolve with your local representative, please contact us.
